Our Client is a luxurious organization in the hospitality industry. They are currently looking for a Corporate Concierge Executive to join their team. This
role is an integral part of the Client Experience Team. The main objective is to ensure both internal and external clients are well looked after from the
start of their experience to the end. As the first and last impression of the facility, this high profile department carries a special responsibility of
accommodating client's requests from the ordinary to the extraordinary hence, making their tenancy period and stay much more enjoyable.
Functional Responsibilities
You are to establish the highest standard of client service and courteously respond to emails from clients, other onsite service providers and building management.
Register bookings into the visitor management system, announce the visitors to clients ensuring high level of service and maintain all visitors and contractors
records here needed.
Take personal responsibility to report issues including Health and Safety and other incidents occurring within the duty shift to the relevant parties as well as maintain all written records and reports in a correct and timely manner and undertake the necessary follow up actions as required.
Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy. Abide by the rules concerning confidentiality at all times and report any suspected breaches.
Undertake any other duties necessary for the smooth running of the premises
Requirements
Know: How and Skills
Strong work ethics
Strong Organization Skill
Must have full understanding of the 6:7 star experience that the building management wants for their client and visitors to experience.
Self: learn and maintain knowledge of SOPs software, current products, services, new offers and all that is required in relation to
the role
Very proactive with initiatives and attentive to detail with a high level of professionalism.
Have the ability to work calmly under pressure and handle stress levels in a high:spirited manner.
Must be an excellent communicator both orally and in writing, who is able to take ownership of the Concierge area and personal
responsibility for your action in relation to clients and company' s good reputation
Required Qualifications
Degree of any discipline along with at least one (1) year practical experience in Personal Assistance, Customer Service, Administration or Operations Management.
Experience of working in a corporate front desk role is an added advantage. Must have a confident friendly personality with the ability to work well in a team as a "brand ambassador" for both the internal and external clients and seen as the driving force of improving the service experience.
Benefits
A Net Salary of GHS1200
