Job Description

 

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

 

Responsibility

  • Liaise with production team for available Finish Goods for dispatches.
  • Prepare for sales orders for deliveries
  • Organize for stock verification /Counts.
  • Ensure stock entries are done on ERP
  • Supervise Raw Material and Finished Good warehouse workers as well as loaders
  • Ensure loading and off Loading of goods as per sales order/packing list
  • Shipment and receiving of RM and FG to v     warehouse and production 
  • Liaise with sales distributors to follow up on goods receipt and correct anomalies if any.
  • Liaise with transporters to convey goods to various distributers.
  • Prepare picking/packing invoices.
  • Posting of GRA as per physical receipts items. (Way Bill).
  • Organize overtire fore timely delivery of goods.
  • Liaise with procurement team on stock refill to avoid possible shortages.
  • Arrange inventory and check- ups.

 

Required Skills or Experience

  • Qualification: A minimum of bachelor’s Degree /HND in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the FMCG Sector
