Job Purpose:
- To ensure that operations, logistics and systems function effectively at the Education Reform Secretariat
Scope of Work/Tasks:
- Set up office systems required for the smooth running of the Education Reform Secretariat
- Oversee all operational aspects of the national education reform agenda and coordinate communication between institutions
- Manage the operations office logistics, including vehicles, computers, furniture, printers etc,
- Manage correspondence of the Reform Secretariat and liaise with other institutions
- Promote work ethics, good governance and anti-corruption behaviour
- Ensure provision of office support as required by the Secretariat for the implementation of programme activities
- Oversee the logistical and operational functions for the organisation of meetings, workshops and conferences
- Oversee and quality assure the timely provision of office facilities and services, transportation, accommodation, bookings and service contracts as required
Report to: National Education Reform Coordinator
Location: Accra
