Interns Hub is a non-profit organisation that supports students and graduates through internship opportunities, training, mentorship, and career development programmes.
Position Overview
We are looking for a volunteer graphic designer to support the organization's design and communication activities.
The successful applicant will be responsible for creating visual materials for our website, social media platforms, training programmes, events, and other organisational activities. The role requires someone who pays attention to detail, understands basic design principles, and can work with the team to deliver materials on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Design flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional materials for organisational programmes and events.
- Create graphics for social media platforms, including announcements, internship opportunities, and training updates.
- Develop visual content for the Interns Hub website and other digital platforms.
- Work with the content and communications teams to prepare materials for publication.
- Ensure that designs follow the organisation's branding guidelines, including the appropriate use of colours, fonts, and logos.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback before publication.
- Maintain organised records of design files, templates, and completed projects.
- Support the development of presentations, brochures, certificates, and other official materials when required.

Requirements
- Good knowledge of graphic design principles, including typography, colour combinations, and layout.
- Proficiency in at least one design tool, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
- Ability to create professional designs for both digital and print purposes.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow design instructions.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to accept feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous design experience and familiarity with social media design requirements will be an added advantage.
Volunteer Opportunity
