Westel Innovations Limited is seeking a qualified Corporate Lawyer on a part-time basis to provide legal advisory services and support corporate compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on corporate matters.

Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Support dispute resolution and risk management activities.

Prior experience with a software company will be an added advantage.
Qualifications

Qualified and licensed Lawyer.

Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar role.
