Working closely with the Ghana Health Service (GHS), District Health Management Teams, health facilities, community leaders, and other stakeholders, the Programme Officer will coordinate programme activities, strengthen facility-community linkages, support demand generation and Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) interventions, and contribute to improved service uptake among underserved populations.
The successful candidate will provide technical and operational support for effective programme delivery, including stakeholder engagement, community mobilisation, supportive supervision, quality improvement initiatives, data quality assurance, reporting, and documentation of programme achievements and lessons learned.
