SENRI Limited is a Japanese ICT Startup, our mobile-based sales automation system, SENRI, is aiming at changing the way they work at enterprises, and strengthening distribution networks in Africa. Starting from 2015, we have been successful in development of the service and acquisition of customers in Kenya, Uganda and Nigeria, with a multinational team from Kenya, Uganda and business in Nigeria, we need you now.
Position Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (Ghana), you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market expansion. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, scheduling meetings and ensuring successful conversions. You will serve as a key representative of SENRI in the Ghanaian market.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Actively prospect and identify potential B2B customers across various industries.
- Initiate cold calls and outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback from the market to support product and strategy alignment.
- Maintain a CRM/database of prospects, leads, and ongoing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success after closing deals.
- Stay updated on SENRI’s features, updates, and industry trends to communicate value effectively.

COMPETENCY REQUIRED
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong prospecting and negotiation ability.
- Confident and persuasive presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Optimistic attitude, high energy, and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of B2B selling and customer relationship management.
QUALIFICATION
Education and Experience
- First Degree in an accredited university
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or customer success (preferably in tech or SaaS).
- Experience in prospecting, client acquisition, and closing deals in the Ghanaian market is a strong advantage.
WORKING CONDITION
- Working hours: 8:30-17:30
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Fully Remote
- The probationary period is 6 months.
- Agile working culture.
