About Role
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented waitress to join our team as Coffee Shop Servers.
Key Responsibilities
-
Welcome and attend to customers in a polite and professional manner.

Take customers’ orders accurately and promptly.
-
Serve food, beverages, and other items to customers.
-
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, neat, and well-presented.

Process customer payments and issue receipts where required.
-
Respond to customer enquiries and attend to their needs.
-
Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
-
Assist with setting up and closing the coffee shop.
-
Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements
-
Minimum of WASSCE/SHS qualification.
-
Previous experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service attitude.
-
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-
Must be neat, well-groomed, punctual, and reliable.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
