Response One Ghana Limited, a leading electronic security and monitoring solutions provider, is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Officer to join our team in Accra.
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks and devices.

Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Manage user accounts, access controls, backups and IT security.
-
Monitor network and system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
-
Support CCTV, NVR, access control and other technology-related systems where required.
-
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and equipment.
-
Assist with IT projects, system upgrades and implementation of new technologies.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards and best practices.

Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree/HND in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant IT experience.

Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows systems and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of CCTV, NVRs, networking and electronic security systems will be an advantage.

Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
-
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to technical issues.
