Established in 2006, MSI Ghana is an affiliate of MSI Reproductive Choices and one of the largest specialized Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) organizations in Ghana. MSIG complements the Ministry of Health by providing quality, affordable general health and SRH services across all regions of Ghana.

MSI Ghana invites applications from qualified, experienced, and client-focused professionals for the position of Centre Receptionist.

Position Details

Role: Receptionist

Location: MSIG Kasoa Centre

 Employment Type: Full-time

 Reporting Line: Centre Manager

 Probation: 3 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Manage front desk operations and client flow.
  • Respond to enquiries in person, by telephone, and online.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and accurate records.
  • Receive and reconcile daily cash and electronic payments.
  • Maintain petty cash records and prepare daily reports.
  • Enter and update client information in relevant systems.
  • Support audits and data quality reviews.
  • Manage front desk supplies and administrative logistics.
  • Collaborate with clinical and support teams to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Perform any additional duties that support the effective operation of the centre.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Client satisfaction and quality of service.
  • Accuracy of financial records and reconciliations.
  • Timely submission of reports.
  • Data quality and record management.
  • Compliance with MSIG policies and procedures.

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Minimum GCE O’ Level/SSCE certificate; HND or higher qualification preferred.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in reception, customer service, administration, or healthcare.
  • Experience handling cash transactions and financial records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
