A Leading Infrastructure Development and Project Finance Institution is inviting applications from qualified professionals for the following position: Transaction Counsel
Qualification Required & Experience
- Called to the Ghana Bar with a minimum of seven (7) years' standing.
- LLB or BA Law, plus BL/Professional Law Certificate.
- Minimum of seven (7) years post-qualification experience in a related role.
- Experience in statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Experience advising on infrastructure projects.
- Commercial litigation experience.
- Experience handling board secretarial duties.
