  • Troubleshoot CAN bus systems, data communication networks, and proprietary electronic control modules.
  • Conduct rigorous functional tests on all electrical systems post-assembly, including safety interlocks, warning systems, and emergency shutdown features.
  • Perform insulation resistance testing and high-potential (hipot) testing on high-voltage circuits to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with Zonda Tec's quality standards and international safety regulations (e.g., ISO, IEC standards).
  • Provide electrical technical support to the Servicing Department for vehicles returned from branches or customer sites.
  • Assist in retrofitting or upgrading electrical systems on existing customer vehicles when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical modifications, repairs, and test results for each machine assembled.
  • Strictly adhere to all Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures, arc-flash safety protocols, and high-voltage handling guidelines.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with Ghana's Electricity Regulations and international best practices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in the assembly bay.
  • Monitor and report on electrical component inventory levels, ensuring availability of critical parts (cables, connectors, fuses, relays, sensors) to avoid assembly delays.
  • Suggest cost-effective alternatives for electrical components without compromising quality.
