Full Job Description - Read Carefully
Adehyeman Savings and Loans Limited, a leading financial institution, is seeking qualified professionals to join its dynamic team as part of its strategy to launch a successful digital lending unit.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the institution’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or other platforms)
- Implement infrastructure security controls (firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus systems)
- Ensure network security, performance, and reliability to support banking operations.
- Ensure business continuity planning for IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network engineering.
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
