Role Description
The NOC Technician (L1) is responsible for 24/7 real-time monitoring of the network, systems, and service infrastructure, ensuring rapid detection, classification, and escalation of incidents in line with defined SLAs.

The role supports high-availability ISP, telecom, and broadcast environments, ensuring minimal service disruption and optimal network performance across all managed platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience with Network Operations Center (NOC) and Computer Network Operations
- Proficiency in Network Administration and maintaining network equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving network issues
- Technical Support experience with a focus on effective client communication
- Familiarity with standard network monitoring tools and protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ would be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining system uptime
