Ghana Railway Development Authority is seeking to recruit an Electrical Engineering Officer (1 Position).
Job Summary
To supervise maintenance teams of diesel-electric locomotive operations for safety and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on diesel-electric locomotives.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor diagnosis and repair of electrical, electronic, traction, and control system faults
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance procedures and operational standards
- Coordinate with operations, engineering and maintenance teams to improve fleet performance and minimize downtime

Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of industrial experience in locomotive or power system maintenance
- Good understanding of railway maintenance procedures, electrical safety standards and workplace safety regulations
