The client relation officer will be responsible for the building and nuturing of long term relationship and ensuring client satisfaction, as well as client sourcing. She serves as a primary source of contact for client enquires and feedback, through phone calls, Whatsapp, email, etc. The position is ideal for someone who is articulate, organised and client-focused.
Required Skills or Experience
- Undergraduate degree
- Well spoken with excellent communication skills
- Minimium of 1 to 3 years work experience in customer service or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to communicate with polish, warmth and discretion
- Strong time management prioritization skills
