Role Overview

The Graphic Designer would produce the visual assets that define the ministry’s brand presence across every digital and print touchpoint. From YouTube thumbnails that drive click-through rate to event flyers, newsletter graphics, social post covers, and
presentation decks, you will ensure that everything the ministry puts in front of an audience is visually excellent and brand-consistent.

This role works at a pace. The content calendar demands a consistent output of assets every week, and you are the person who makes the team's ideas look the way they are supposed to look.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce weekly social media graphics across all social media platforms and marketing tools, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including Reels cover frames, YouTube thumbnails, quote cards, and story graphics.
  • Create event collateral for Summits and ministry events, banners, programs, presentation slides, digital promotions, and print-ready materials.
  • Produce email newsletter graphics and visual templates for use by the Content
  • Designer and Partner team.
  • Maintain and evolve the ministry’s visual identity in alignment with the brand guidelines, flagging any inconsistencies or gaps as the guidelines are applied in practice.
  • Build and maintain a visual asset library in Google Drive,organized, labelled, and accessible to the whole team.
  • Support other graphic assets for video productions and original content where required.

Required Skills or Experience

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates both digital and print work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Motion graphics capability (After Effects) is a significant plus and will influence the seniority of the hire.
  • A strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color, and the ability to apply those principles consistently within a defined brand system rather than expressing personal creative preferences.
  • Ability to work at a pace and produce multiple assets per week without compromising quality.
  • Familiarity with the specific visual requirements of social media platforms, sizes, safe zones, animation considerations.
  • Faith alignment with the ministry's mission and sensitivity to how spiritual content should be represented visually.
