Job Summary:
Royal Elmount Hotel is seeking courteous and energetic Waiters to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests politely and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and drinks professionally and in a timely manner.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle payment transactions when required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Friendly, attentive, and customer-service oriented.
- Good communication skills and personal grooming.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Accomodation to be provided
Working Hours: Shift-based, including weekends and holidays
