Duties
- Plan, design, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare technical drawings, reports, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
Marketing & Content Creation
- Develop and manage content for social media, website, and marketing materials
- Facilitate capturing of project progress through photos, videos, and site updates
- Create engaging posts, articles, and promotional materials
- Support branding and digital marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with management to enhance company visibility and client engagement

Job Requirements
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
- Skills in content creation (photography, videography, graphic design, or writing) preferable
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification or membership with a recognized engineering body preferable
- Experience managing company social media or brand communications
