Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Sakumono - Aklika. The Accountant will manage financial records, prepare accurate reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining accounting systems, reconciling accounts, preparing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
The role also requires collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support financial decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
- Experience with Accounting Software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms
- Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Knowledge of Tax Compliance, Financial Auditing, and Payroll Processing
- Strong Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially within multi-industry environments, is a plus
