Role Overview
AAC Ghana is building Yoomoto — a next-generation automotive marketplace designed for Africa.
- We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of execution and drive the platform forward daily.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage all Yoomoto project tasks end-to-end
- Work directly with developers, designers, and internal teams
- Track progress daily and enforce deadlines
- Break down ideas into clear, actionable execution steps
- Identify blockers and resolve them fast
- Maintain task boards, feature tracking, and bug reporting
- Ensure clear communication across all teams
- Send structured daily progress reports
Daily Expectation
- Push for progress — no delays
- Constant follow-up until tasks are completed
- Keep systems organized and visible
- Ensure continuous movement of the project
Required Skills or Experience
- Experience in project management, product, or operations
- Strong experience working with developers (non-negotiable)
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Strong communication and follow-up discipline
- Ability to work independently
- Problem-solver mindset with speed
