Role Purpose
To provide high-level administrative and business support to the Telecel Cash MD and the Telecel Cash Function as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage Telecel Cash MD’s calendar to align with strategic priorities and optimize leadership time.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Draft, proofread, and refine high-impact correspondence, reports, and presentations that reflect the Telecel Cash MD’s voice and intent.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and team events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-through.
- Anticipate and manage administrative needs for the Telecel Cash MD and wider Telecel Cash team, including travel, supplies, and documentation.
- Support the execution of Telecel Cash-led business initiatives by tracking progress, managing documentation, and coordinating stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements in administrative processes and team coordination.
- Drive Telecel Cash huddles, budget coordination and leadership team meetings

Qualification Required & Experience
Must have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- Must be able to work seamlessly across the Telecel Cash team and channel all key inputs into desired outcomes
- Must show initiative and anticipate the needs of the team and work proactively to deliver the necessary support
- Must have a natural verve for seeking out new ideas and opportunities
- Minimum of a degree in preferably in HR or Business Administration or a related field
- Project management, communication and reporting experience
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Ability to develop and manage a budget
- Project management experience
