Risolvent Academy is a school located in Ashalaja in the Ga South District, Accra, Ghana, catering to pre-school to JHS level students. Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for multiple roles, opened within the organisation. The teacher will be responsible for curriculum development and lesson planning, teaching, and record-keeping.
A teacher is expected to tactfully and efficiently manage teaching with excellent class management, all while making learning fun and building interest in subject areas in students. They will also be expected to effectively communicate with students and colleagues.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about the job and possess the ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organise a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process.

Qualifications
- Curriculum Development and Teaching Skills
- Experience in Lower Primary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and nurturing approach
- Bachelor's degree in Education,
- Teacher Training Diploma or related qualification
- National Teaching Certification
- Trained in GES Standards-Based Curriculum (2019)
- Trained in GES lesson planning modalities
- Computer literacy
