We are a small boutique ad agency looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to help run online ad campaigns. You will work with a strategist who plans the campaigns. Your job is to build the ads, monitor them, and improve performance.
Scope
- Build, launch and monitor ads on Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
- Test different audiences, creatives, and messages
- Share simple updates on leads, clicks, and performance
Qualifications
- Experience running multiple campaigns on Google, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram
- Able to read results and improve campaigns
- Experience with minor video ad editing, a plus, not required
Compensation
- Pay based on experience, monthly or per-campaign pay
- Performance bonus for strong results
