About the Role
We're a fast-growing creative and marketing agency based in Toronto, working with restaurants, nightlife brands, and lifestyle businesses.
We create content that performs—not just content that looks good.
We're looking for talented Social Media Content Editors in Ghana who know how to edit content that grabs attention, keeps viewers watching, and performs on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software.
- Add captions, transitions, sound design, and effects that improve engagement.
- Follow creative direction while bringing your own creative ideas.
- Deliver edits on time and complete revisions when required.
- Attend at least two (2) weekly review meetings to receive feedback and improve content quality.
- Communicate consistently and proactively regarding deadlines or project updates.
Requirements
- Strong experience editing short-form social media content.
- Proficiency with CapCut or similar editing software.
- Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and viral content trends.
- Reliable laptop capable of editing HD video.
- Fast, reliable internet is essential for downloading and uploading large video files. Backup internet is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback professionally.
- Reliable, organized, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
Bonus Skills
- Experience editing content for brands, restaurants, nightlife, or lifestyle businesses.
- Canva, Photoshop, or other creative software.
- Strong eye for pacing, captions, typography, and beat matching.
- Understanding of social media performance, hooks, and viewer retention.
Compensation
This is a contract-based position.
Editors are paid per completed video, with rates ranging from ?35–?120 per video, depending on complexity, turnaround time, and project requirements.
Reliable editors who consistently deliver high-quality work may receive higher per-video rates and increased workload over time.

Working Expectations
- Work according to Canadian Eastern Time (EST) deadlines.
- Assigned edits are generally due by 12:00 PM EST unless otherwise communicated.
- Each video includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions.
- Failure to communicate for more than three (3) consecutive days without valid reasoning or prior notice may result in termination of the contract.
- All work created for FOOD BAZAAR CREATIVE MARKETING AGENCY remains the exclusive property of the Company.
