Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Accra. The Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the safe preparation and dispensation of medications, providing pharmaceutical advice to healthcare professionals and patients, and maintaining proper inventory of drugs and medical supplies.
Additional duties may include reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, offering patient education on medication usage, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including medication preparation, dispensing, and storage
- Experience in patient education, including providing guidance on proper medication usage and addressing potential side effects
- Attention to detail with skills in reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and compliance with guidelines
- Proficiency in maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and provide exceptional patient care
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), licensure to practice as a Pharmacist in Ghana, previous professional experience is advantageous
