JOB SUMMARY
To be responsible for taking customers’ orders, serving food and beverages, and ultimately, keeping our customers happy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, and multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties. Ultimately, it is the duty of our Waiters/Waitresses to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.
- Must be positive, loyal and a proud ambassador of the company brand.
- Serve customers courteously and professionally
- Ensure clean working area and help set up the restaurant.
- Check in with customers to make sure they are enjoying their meals and correct any problems.
- Follow all health regulations and procedures when serving food and setting tables
- Provide excellent customer service to guests

Required Skills or Experience
- Must be punctual
- Must be creative, service-oriented and level-headed.
- Able to perform well in fast-paced environments
- Able to stand on the feet during the shift
- Possess excellent listening and communication skills
- Be well-organised, self-motivated and self-directed and disciplined
- Must be polite and humble
- Be a team player
- Must be computer literate.
