Weave A Life Vocational Training is launching a transformative 6-month Livelihood Initiative to train and empower the next generation of Master Artisans
Job Summary
This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth development and experienced in catering and residential supervision. You will manage trainee accommodation, oversee daily meal preparation, maintain discipline and safety on the premises, and ensure a clean, well-organized residential environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and prepare nutritious daily meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
- Manage food budget, sourcing, and kitchen hygiene
- Supervise trainees during non-training hours
- Enforce house rules and ensure safety
- Oversee facility maintenance and provide weekly reports to management

Required Skills or Experience
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Mature, firm but fair leader with high integrity
- Experience in catering, hostel management, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of food safety & basic First Aid
- Must be willing to live on-site
- Ability to communicate in English and a local language
- Reference required
