Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and organized Program Coordinator to lead the way!
JOB ROLE
You’ll oversee daily training operations, manage materials and inventory, track trainee performance, and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure the program runs smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills or Experience
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year experience in Program Management, Operations, or Vocational Training
- Degree/Diploma in Management, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong Excel skills & excellent communication
- A firm but fair leader who can mentor and manage youth
- Must reside in Odorkor, Dansoman, or nearby areas
