Form Ghana Limited, a leader in sustainable forestry management, is offering an exciting opportunity for six (6) highly motivated, smart, and versatile individuals to join our dynamic team as Management Trainees.

This sought-after opportunity is designed to nurture future leaders through hands-on training and cross-departmental exposure in forest plantation management, including harvesting and commercial operations. The trainees will benefit from on-the-job experience under the mentorship of seasoned professionals, with the potential for permanent placement upon successful completion of the program.

Job Title: Management Trainee

Job Location: Berekum in Bono Region, Akumadan in Ashanti Region

Job Type- Fixed Term Contract

Training Period: Six (6) months

Job Summary:

This entry-level, developmental role is designed to build your expertise in sustainable forest plantation operations. The program provides intensive exposure to the company's technical, operational, and commercial areas, bridging theory and practice.

Job Responsibilities

  • Undergo comprehensive plantation management training across core departments, including:
  • Plantation Operations
  • Harvesting Operations
  • Commercial Operations
  • Assist supervisors and team leaders in day-to-day tasks and field operations.
  • Conduct site monitoring and report on progress, trends, or potential issues.
  • Participate in performance reviews, assessments, and practical evaluations.
  • Contribute to operational planning, resource management, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency

Eligibility

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Previous internship or project experience in the forestry sector is an advantage
  • Completed National Service with a certificate
  • Valid National ID and Health Insurance certificate.
  • Females are encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Knowledge of GIS mapping and forestry software is a plus.
  • Passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship.

  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Good interpersonal relations skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
