Your Mission
- Diagnosing malfunctions, troubleshooting technical problems, and repairing faulty equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service requests.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Your Profile:
- 3-5years of experience in a field service role, in mining industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Working knowledge of electrical/electronic systems
- Ability to interpret OEM service manuals, drawings and parts breakdowns
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and Proven ability to identify root cause
- Good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics systems
- Strong logical thinking and structured problem solving under pressure
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in remote sites
- Valid driver's license.
