Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to support our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and comfortable working with Excel and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
- Update inventory records accurately using Excel and internal systems
- Organize and maintain stock in the warehouse to ensure easy retrieval
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare and issue items based on approved requests
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment
- Assist in preparing inventory reports and documentation
- Support the warehouse team with day-to-day operational tasks

Qualifications & Skills:
- Fresh graduate (HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Tech-savvy with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to warehouse systems and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
