We are a growing automobile service centre with a strong vision to become one of the leading names in the industry. The foundation is already in place, and we are now looking for a dedicated and driven Service Centre Manager to lead operations and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service centre
- Supervise mechanics and technicians to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency
- Handle customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and service timelines
- Maintain service standards, discipline, and a professional work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience managing an automobile service centre or workshop
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of automobile service operations
- A self-driven individual who takes ownership and treats the business as their own
- Someone hungry for growth and willing to go the extra mile
