Nexans Kabelmetal Ghana is the first cable manufacturing company in Ghana. The company has been in existence for 58 years and located in Tema Heavy Industrial Area.
In the light of the company's operational needs and growth strategy, there is the need to have a structured maintenance approach to improve productivity, implement NEW maintenance strategy as required and Strengthen operational structure towards ambition for 2026 and beyond. Hence the need for a Maintenance Manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance Management
- Safety and Environment Management
- Monitoring employee performance
- Ensuring Continous improvement in the department
- Subcontracting and Outsourcing Management

Applicant should possess the following skills:
- Must be able to work without supervision
- General Education: Minimum of a first degree in Electrical / Electromechanical / Electronic Engineer or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years at least in an operational position in a plant
- Key skills in team management: Understanding of people and mobilization, adaptability, communication, analytical skill and organizational skills, teamwork, leadership
- Take responsibility.
