Medifem Multi Specialist & Fertility Hospital is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead the hospital’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across clinical and operational processes.
Reports to: CEO / Hospital Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain hospital-wide quality policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure compliance with GHS regulations, ISO standards, and local health laws
- Conduct internal audits and supervise clinical documentation reviews
- Lead quality improvement projects and clinical governance initiatives
- Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and adverse events
- Manage hospital risk framework and quality reporting to senior management
- Train staff on quality assurance and promote a patient-centered culture

Job Criteria / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare (Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Medical Lab Science) or Engineering
- Postgraduate degree or professional certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001:2015) preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality assurance, risk management, or clinical governance in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality frameworks, ISO standards, Lean, Six Sigma, RCA
- Proficiency in data analysis, auditing, and reporting
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Remuneration:
