What You Will Do:
- Own the employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment, new hire onboarding, and managing employee records (HRIS).
- Ensure all practices strictly comply with Ghana’s labor laws and assist the finance team with accurate payroll data (benefits, leave, etc.).
- Manage daily office operations, inventory, and procurement, ensuring the workspace is fully functional and efficient.
- Coordinate company logistics, meetings, and events; provide high-level administrative support to management..

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Benefits Administration
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and a thorough understanding of their applications
- Knowledge of Labour and Employment Law and experience with regulatory compliance
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
- A detail-oriented approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is an advantage
