Job Description
To ensure efficient delivery of quality planned production volume on line basis in a safe and hygienic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Implementing Production Strategy to ensure production targets in terms of Throughput, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale are achieved on shift basis by running the packing operations of the pasta manufacturing factory.
- Coordinate labour and ensure availability of packaging material in readiness for packaging operations
- Work with maintenance team in diagnosing machine faults to ensure quick and timely repair and maintenance to minimise impact of downtime
- Monitor and control material usage, yield and waste to optimise cost benefits
- Ensure packaging lines are operated, controlled and monitored efficiently at desirable capacity with designed operational parameters and principles by packaging and cutting machine operators
- Ensure all QC monitoring, analysis, checks and documentations are carried out and updated regularly by the packaging machine operators
- Ensure all packaging lines checks are carried out and documented by the operators using standard operational checklists
- Ensure proper Good Housekeeping, packaging lines and packaging work area hygiene, and zero waste in line with World class Standard
- Create SAP packing job notification and items requisitions
- Collate, prepare and document the shift activities at closing hour
- Collate, prepare and document materials usage at the end of shift.

- 100 % Compliance of food safety requirement, cleaning, fumigation and record keeping with no complaint

Key Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excel, Abnormality finding and correction, CLIT, AM, PM, 5S, BPS, OPL, Kaizen.
- Minimum Diploma in Food tech / Mechanical / Electrical
- Minimum 5 years of experience in packing machine running and /or maintenance in a FMCG company.
