Abt Global LLC, a US-based company, supports the US Government’s Department of State in planning and implementation of life-saving malaria vector control activities to end malaria faster. In Ghana, Abt Global through the PMI Evolve project collaborates with the Ghana Health Services, the National Malaria Elimination Program (NMEP), regional and district health directorates, local government, and traditional authorities to plan and implement Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) for malaria control in ten (10) districts across Northern and North-East Regions of Ghana.
In Ghana, Abt Global has been implementing US Government-funded IRS since 2011 and is currently preparing for the 2026 IRS campaign
Job Description
For the PMI Evolve Project, Abt Global is seeking qualified individuals to temporarily fill each of the districts/operational sites positions below. Candidates residing in these locations have an added advantage. Successful candidates will be contracted for up to a period as indicated in the table below, respectively.

Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma in statistics, computer science or a related field
- Experience in field data collection with demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate large-scale data collection exercises
- Knowledgeable and experienced in data analysis and interpretation
- Good organizational, report writing and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong computer skills with good understanding of the use of MS Excel
- Confirmation of completion of the free DHIS2 course on https://academy.dhis2.org /
- Candidate will have added advantage if s/he:
- Is proficient in one or more languages spoken in the IRS districts
- Has previous work experience in IRS.
- Is willing to live and travel within the district assigned.
- Must have ability to ride a motorbike and MUST possess a valid (motorbike) license.
