Toptech Transport and Logistics, the leading road safety, consultancy and logistics company in Ghana is searching for a Client Care Lead.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client databases, input lead data, and potentially assist with basic market research
- Oversee social media, advertising, and content creation
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Identify and addressing customer inquiries
- Providing product/service information
- Providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Recording and documenting interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for follow-up and quality assurance purposes.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies of the company
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Resolving customer issues
- Promoting products/services
- Collecting customer feedback
- Analyzing customer data
- Creating marketing materials
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Implementing marketing strategies
- Collaborating with teams
- Follow up clients to register with Toptech

Required Skills or Experience
Qualification
- A degree in marketing, administration, or Communications will be considered, along with proof of practical experience.
- Applicants must have good interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be conversant with Microsoft 365, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience in customer service
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
- Must not leave far away from our La Office
- Must be good at social media communications
- Working Time is 7 am to 5.30 pm on Weekdays and 8 am to 12noon on Saturdays
Skills
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Interpersonal Skills: Personable, hospitable, and able to handle client inquiries professionally.
