Job Purpose:
- The Head of Marketing, Member Experience & Growth is responsible for driving CIB Ghana’s strategic objectives through innovative marketing, exceptional member experience, and sustainable membership growth.
- This role leads initiatives to expand and retain membership—including students, members, fellows, and other stakeholders—while enhancing brand visibility, digital presence, and stakeholder engagement.
- The position oversees strategic partnerships, media relations, and flagship programmes such as Bankers’ Week, CPD initiatives, and the Banking Academy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Growth:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing, enrolment, and growth strategies aligned with CIB Ghana’s strategic plan.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
