Full Job Description - Read Carefully
Adehyeman Savings and Loans Limited, a leading financial institution, is seeking qualified professionals to join its dynamic team as part of its strategy to launch a successful digital lending unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the digital lending strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive innovation in digital lending models and customer journeys.
- Lead the development of lending solutions (e.g., partnerships with telcos and other providers)
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Marketing teams to launch new features/services.
- Monitor key KPIs such as: Loan disbursements, active borrowers, portfolio at risk (PAR), and non-performing loans (NPL).
- Oversee credit scoring models, underwriting frameworks, and affordability assessments.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment (ROI)
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, IT, or related field
- MBA or a postgraduate qualification is an advantage
- 8–10 years in lending, fintech, or banking industry and at least 3-5years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in launching and implementing digital lending products
