Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Drilling Supervisor based in Ghana. The Drilling Supervisor will oversee and manage drilling operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to established timelines. Primary responsibilities include supervising drilling teams, planning and optimizing drilling activities, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
The role involves regular collaboration with engineers and other project stakeholders to achieve project goals and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills with experience in team leadership and coordination
- In-depth knowledge and skills in Drilling and Completion processes
- Expertise in Drilling Engineering
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in an on-site, collaborative environment.
- Experience in safety protocols and risk management is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
