BashTech Solutions is a fast-growing technology and consulting company delivering ERP systems, software development, AI solutions, IT consulting, and digital transformation services across Ghana and beyond. We are expanding our finance team and looking for a dedicated Accountant to support our operational and project financials as we scale.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing financial reports, overseeing accounts payable/receivable, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with accurate financial insights.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
- Prepare payroll journals and statutory deductions (PAYE, SSNIT, VAT, NHIL, Withholding Tax).
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for audits.
- Support external audits and financial reviews.
- Track project expenses and revenue allocations.
- Ensure compliance with Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and other regulators.
- Work closely with management to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Assist in implementing financial systems and processes (ERPNext experience is a plus).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Part-qualified or qualified professional certification (ICAG, ACCA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian tax laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Net Salary Expectation
GHS 5,000 - GHS 7,000
