Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for Cleaning Operatives located in Accra. The Cleaning Operative will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks, including maintaining cleanliness in commercial and residential spaces, performing window and carpet cleaning, and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
The role requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness, following safety and hygiene protocols, and ensuring client satisfaction through quality service delivery.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Commercial Cleaning and Home/House Cleaning
- Ability to perform Window Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physical fitness to carry out cleaning tasks
- Prior experience in cleaning services is an advantage but not mandatory
