Job Summary
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Kumasi for a Robotics Facilitator specializing in educating and engaging children. The facilitator will conduct hands-on robotics workshops, guide children in building and programming robots, and foster creativity and problem-solving skills in a collaborative and fun learning environment.

The facilitator is responsible for planning sessions, managing materials, ensuring safety, and encouraging student engagement throughout the learning process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of robotics concepts, programming languages, and hands-on assembly, particularly for children's educational tools
- Skills in teaching, mentorship, and engaging young learners in STEM education
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to plan and execute interactive sessions effectively
- Communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive learning environment
- Ability to work on-site in Kumasi and manage physical workshop environments
- Previous experience in teaching or facilitating robotics or STEM programs is a plus
- Passion for inspiring curiosity and learning in children
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
