Full Job Description - Read Carefully
3VF Limited is seeking an experienced and OTIS-certified Elevator Troubleshooting Technician to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in OTIS systems and be capable of diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing elevator performance efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on OTIS elevators and escalators.
- Attend to emergency breakdowns and restore service promptly and safely.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with OTIS service standards.
- Analyze controller faults, wiring diagrams, and error codes.
- Prepare accurate service and maintenance reports.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance and Construction Managers on technical escalations.
- Uphold all safety, quality, and operational protocols required by OTIS and 3VF LTD.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience working with OTIS elevator systems.
- Deep understanding of Gen2 and Machine Room-Less (MRL) technologies.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic software tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- High attention to safety and operational excellence.
- Otis certification

- Strong technical and problem-solving ability.
- Self-driven with a professional work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or after-hours when required.
