About the Role
Are you vibrant, confident, and passionate about beauty? Colorbox Cosmetics — Ghana’s award-winning beauty brand — is hiring Showroom Sales Representatives for our new flagship retail location in Accra.
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be the face of the brand, welcoming clients, guiding them through our products, and ensuring every shopper enjoys a flawless Colorbox experience.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage walk-in customers, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations.
- Collaborate with the social media team to create content for our social media platforms
- Cross-sell and upsell complementary items (e.g., brush sets, glosses, bundles).
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards on the shop floor.
- Process in-store sales and input customer details accurately into Shopify/POS.
- Record daily sales summaries and send end-of-day updates
- Collaborate with the social media team to create short content clips (e.g., “Client of the Day,” “Try-On Moments”).
- Participate in product launches, activations, and in-store promotions.
- Collect and report customer feedback and product insights.

What You’ll Bring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and confident with strong customer service focus.
- Previous retail, beauty, or fashion sales experience (preferred).
- A genuine passion for makeup and helping customers feel their best.
- Ability to stay organized and upbeat in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable appearing in short social media clips or Reels.
Salary: GHS 2,500+ (Based on experience) - Basic + Performance Bonuses + Additional Team Incentives
