Mikaf TV is a bilingual commercial television station based in Patasi, Kumasi, dedicated to informing, inspiring, educating, entertaining, and empowering our viewers.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming office guests and directing them to the person or office they're visiting
- Answering and making phone calls on behalf of office employees
- Handling office correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies
- Scheduling meetings for employees
- Maintaining the reception area
- Keeping office records up to date
- Performing various other clerical tasks, including faxing, transcribing and filing
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as required.
Required Skills or Experience
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- HND / Diploma is required.
- Experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers) is a plus.
