Job Overview:
AfriLuck Lotto seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and expand our digital presence across key platforms including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Google. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital analytics, ad campaign setup, audience tracking, and UTM strategy to drive engagement, optimize conversions, and enhance customer retention for our lottery products. The candidate should also possess strong content creation skills, planning and developing compelling content independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Develop targeted ad strategies to attract new lottery players and engage existing users.
- Coordinate and create compelling content and creative assets for campaigns independently and collaboratively with the design team.
2. Content Creation & Planning:
- Independently plan, develop, and execute engaging and brand-aligned content for social media, video platforms, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content strategies with overall marketing goals.

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Set up, monitor, and manage Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.
- Develop and implement robust tracking systems using UTMs, pixels, conversion tags, and event tracking.
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
4. SEO & SEM:
- Assist in managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
5. Social Media Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of social media channels, ensuring content aligns with the AfriLuck Lotto brand personality.
- Create engaging and relevant posts independently and in collaboration with other content creators.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Demonstrable experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
- Strong experience in independent content creation and planning.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic website content management.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage tight deadlines.
Desirable Attributes:
- Previous experience in the gaming, betting, or lottery industry.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
- Proven record of delivering successful paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.
