Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated, creative, and results-driven individual to manage our East Legon store. You will be the team leader responsible for driving sales, ensuring smooth store operations, and creating content that grows our online presence. This is a hands-on role — you will plan and shoot Reels, edit photos in Lightroom, coordinate photoshoots, and lead campaigns that keep Nujani fresh and exciting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and team schedules
- Train, motivate, and supervise staff
- Maintain excellent customer service and visual merchandising
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Track and report performance to management
- Film, edit, and post Instagram Reels, Stories, and TikToks
- Shoot product and lifestyle content using an iPhone
- Edit photos using Lightroom for a professional finish
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and models for campaigns
- Liaise with management on inventory and marketing needs
- Organize and schedule product photoshoots
- Ensure all content and displays follow Nujani’s brand aesthetic

Requirements
- Passion for fashion, jewellery, and social media trends
- Instagram Reel creation (shooting, editing, posting)
- Photo editing in Lightroom (mobile or desktop)
- Product and lifestyle photography using an iPhone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable appearing on camera
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver measurable results
- Experience in retail management, sales, or social media marketing is a plus
